Housing Reports Backups

A private desktop utility operated by Christopher Jacob to back up Housing Reports databases and related project files to his own Google Drive.

What the app does

The utility creates compressed backups, uploads them to a designated Google Drive backup folder and checks that the uploaded files match the local archives. It runs on the owner’s Mac mini.

Google Drive access

The app requests Google Drive permission for its backup connection. This permission is broader than a single folder; the backup workflow uses the designated backup folder for uploads and verification. The current workflow does not mirror deletions or make backup files public.

This website provides app information only. It does not provide access to the databases, backup archives or the desktop utility.
